Fenton Erwin has practiced civil litigation for 40 years in Mecklenburg County, concentrating in the representation of construction subcontractors. Lex Erwin joined his father's practice in 2005, after five years practice with King & Spaulding, LLP in Atlanta.
Dan Bishop and Todd Capitano have practiced together since leaving Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, PA in 1996 and 1997. Joe Moss joined them in January 2002 after departing Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, LLP, which later merged into K&L Gates.
Rounding out our team are two experienced associate attorneys, Amy Bokor and Joe Davies.
