Representative matters:

• Obtained a favorable settlement for several subcontractors that performed work on a $100 million, 1,200 acre golf course project where the developer went out of business.
• Negotiated numerous commercial and residential contracts for contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners such that his clients’ interests were protected through favorable contract terms, including contracts related to the construction of a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the demolition of the old Charlotte Coliseum, and multi-million dollar homes.
• Obtained funds for subcontractor clients when general contractors and/or owners failed to pay for work performed by the subcontractors.
• Represented individual homeowners against contractors in residential disputes and negotiated successful settlement amounts for his clients.
